By accessing or using the services provided by Smart & Simple Intelligence LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at smartandsimpleintelligencellc.com and any mobile applications we develop and publish (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
Smart & Simple Intelligence LLC is a mobile application development studio. We design, develop, and maintain native iOS and Android applications. Our Services include but are not limited to custom app development, UI/UX design, backend integration, app store deployment, and ongoing maintenance and support.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart & Simple Intelligence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or thirty US dollars ($30), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Smart & Simple Intelligence LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
